We can only offer limited help should you not be able to get button working. The most common problem is that the link works but the image does not appear. The image is either missing or in a different place to that expected by the example.
If you have the image in a different directory to the code, you will need to adjust the code slightly to reflect this difference. If you are having trouble with page editing software please consult documentation before requesting help. Reading documentation, however terse, may solve your problem.
